The swimming pool
The pool, open from the end of April to the end of October, is 4 x 8 metres with a water depth of between 1,10 and 1,80 metres.

Immersed in the green of the large surrounding lawn with a solarium in cotto nearby, the pool is always airy and welcoming and an excellent spot from which to enjoy the stunning panorama.

The garden
The garden of over 700 sm is well tendered to, with a beautiful lawn, fruit and olive trees and embellished with ornamental pitchers, plants and herb bushes typical of the area.

The solarium terrace
The terrace overlooks the valley and enjoys an excellent exposure to the sun. From here the beautiful towers of San Gimignano are clearly visible. Deck chairs, sun beds and sun umbrellas are available for sun bathing and relaxing.
