"Casa Daniela" covers 250 sm comprising a huge 100 sm country-style living room with vaulted ceiling and stone walls, a spacious kitchen complete with barbecue, dish-washer, oven, refrigerator and a table that seats 16 people.

A stone staircase leads to the upper floor where there is a large living room with fireplace and four bedrooms, two of which are master bedrooms and two are twin bedrooms. The two bathrooms are provided with shower, wc, bidet, washbasin and washing machine.

The rooms are furnished with new, classic style Italian furniture in wood and wrought iron.

Outside there is a spacious veranda where it is possible to have lunch and use the barbecue available to guests.

The solarium is a wide terrace from which guests can enjoy a stunning view of the nearby towns of San Gimignano, Gambassi Terme, Certaldo and Castelfiorentino.

The swimming pool (4x8 metres), provided with deck chairs and sun beds, is surrounded by a large lawn overlooking the panorama below and by a 700 sm garden with fruit and olive trees.

There are also six outdoor parking places.
